Maryanne M. Mattson, CPA
Hospital Manager

Maryanne has been with Broadway Animal Hospital since 2001. She was principal of a large CPA firm in Philadelphia prior to moving to Colorado in 1997. Maryanne is a Reiki master. She and her two daughters live with their adopted dogs Bridget and Nick, and BeBe the rat.

Originally from Iowa, Mary comes from a large family with 10 children, and has lived with animals all her life. She moved to Boulder in 1981. The newest member of Mary's family is Kirby the orange tabby, adopted from the Humane Society of Boulder Valley.

Assistant Financial Manager

Paul, originally from Spencer, Iowa, is a graduate of the University of Iowa. He is pictured with his fun-loving Labrador, Peekay.

Head Certified Veterinary Technician

Cassie moved to Colorado from Pequea, Pennsylvania in 2003. She received her AAS degree in Animal Technology from the Bel-Rea Institute in Denver, and has been a Certified Veterinary Technician with BAH since March 2006. She currently lives in Boulder with her menagerie of rescue cats: Rocky, Shanobi, Cosmo, and paraplegic Earnest, along with her very calm Border Jack, Luna.
Jenn Reed
Kennel Manager

Jenn graduated from the Univeristy of Colorado - Boulder in 2005 with a degree in advertising. She is changing paths and is now pursuing a career in Animal Assisted Therapy. She lives in Boulder with her three beautiful horses and one loveable dog, Roo, adopted from a rescue facility.

Mallory Bednorz Mallory Bednorz
Client Relations

Mallory has been with BAH since June 2006. She was raised in Georgia and moved to Colorado in 2003 to attend the University of Colorado. She is studying ecology and evolutionary biology, as well as mathematics, and plans to graduate in May 2008.

Rachel McCarney
Veterinary Technician
Rachel moved to Boulder in 2001 from Portland, OR and graduated Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in 2008. She lives with her supportive boyfriend, Mark as well as two very spoiled cats, Floyd (pictured) and a Russian Blue, Jack. Rachel enjoys biking, reading, playing guitar, traveling, and has a soft spot for bunnies.

Rakefet Megory Rakefet Megory
Veterinary Technician
Originally from Israel, Rakefet plans to become a veterinarian. Currently, she is attending the University of Colorado, majoring in both microbiology and environmental biology. She lives in Boulder with her black lab mix Ebony, whom she adopted from Puppy Rescue.
Michael Bradley
Kennel Technician

Michael is currently completing his final semester at the University of Colorado, where he will receive a BA in economics with a business emphasis. He lives in Boulder with his five-year-old mixed-breed, Maya, plus a new addition to the household named Scooter, who is a long-haired Chihuahua. When Michael isn't busy with school and work, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and traveling the country on his motorcycle.

A Colorado native, Brian is a student at the University of Colorado at Boulder, studying geology and economics. In his spare time, Brian enjoys photography, hiking, and watching sports.
